The BEST Steak Seasoning
Everyone who knows me knows that I LOVE steak - but a well seasoned steak requires NO sauce at all, and that is also something I love... Hey, I have French ancestors! This is the best ever seasoning and you will never buy another prepackaged steak seasoning again. PLUS, there are no fillers or artificial flavorings.
That's it! 4 ingredients you always have on hand!
IMPORTANT: Be sure to use Coarse Kosher Salt - always, but especially in this recipe. The only time you will want to use table salt is when you are baking... but everything else, use this!
Now, I am going to give you the recipe for 2 steaks, then I am also going to give you the recipe tripled to keep stored in your pantry (which is what I do).
Single Serving (2-4 steaks)
1 Tablespoon Coarse Kosher Salt
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1/2 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Tablespoon Pepper (You can add more if you want)
I will use this for 2 large steaks, I like a lot of seasoning! But, you can go lighter on the seasoning if you want.
I typically will whip up a batch for a few steaks, but if you want to make enough for next time too, then triple the recipe and store it in your pantry. I used an airtight glass container.

3 Tablespoon Coarse Kosher Salt

1.5 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon Pepper (You can add more if you want)
This seasoning is also good for grilled hamburgers & pork chops! Enjoy!
